My approach
My approach to supervision is collaborative rather than top-down or purely evaluative. Supervision is a space to think deeply about clinical work, including case conceptualization, relational dynamics, countertransference, ethical considerations, and the emotional impact of being a therapist. The intention is to slow down, ask meaningful questions, and support the development of clarity and confidence in one’s clinical voice.
My supervisory style is shaped by my work in trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and relational therapy. I value curiosity, attunement, and honest dialogue, and I aim to create a supervisory environment that feels grounded, respectful, and intellectually engaged. Attention is given not only to technique, but also to how a clinician’s identity, values, and nervous system intersect with their clinical work.
Supervision offerings are designed to support clinicians in developing a grounded, thoughtful, and sustainable practice.
