About Sacred Willow Therapy
Creating space for understanding, stability, and growth to take root.
Right now you might feel:
Disconnected from yourself or from the people around you, worn down by overthinking, tension, or the effort it takes to keep everything together. You might notice patterns in your emotions or relationships that feel hard to change, even when you understand them logically.
What you want is to feel:
Steadier and more grounded — to trust yourself, communicate more clearly, and respond to situations with intention rather than reaction. Therapy isn’t about fixing who you are. It’s about understanding what’s shaped you, building stability, and creating room for healing and growth.
I offer a supportive, trauma-informed space where we can make sense of what’s been weighing on you and work toward a life that feels more manageable, connected, and aligned.
Therapy with me is grounded, collaborative, and honest
My goal is to offer a space where you feel supported and understood, while also being able to look at things openly and thoughtfully. I balance warmth with directness and aim to build a working relationship that feels steady and genuinely human. Our work together focuses on understanding how your experiences shape the way you relate to yourself and others. We’ll spend time noticing patterns, building awareness, and identifying what helps you move forward with greater clarity and intention, at a pace that feels right for you.

I’ve been where you are
My path to becoming a therapist grew out of a long-standing curiosity about psychology and human behavior, shaped and deepened by my own lived experiences.
As I learned more about how people make sense of pain, relationships, and identity, I also began to recognize what I had needed during difficult periods in my life. That understanding informs how I approach this work and my commitment to creating a therapeutic space that feels compassionate, grounded, and nonjudgmental—one where people can explore their stories honestly and at their own pace.
Outside of therapy, I value practices that support grounding and presence. I enjoy painting, reading, spending time outdoors, and taking scenic drives—simple ways to slow down and reset. After serving in the United States Marine Corps, I also spent time in an equine-based therapy group for veterans, an experience that strengthened my appreciation for attunement, pacing, and the nervous system’s need for safety. These influences shape how I approach both life and clinical work. Becoming a parent further deepened my understanding of patience, growth, and the importance of secure, supportive relationships.
I’m deeply committed to this work and to those who trust me with their stories. Therapy isn’t always easy, especially when working through trauma or long-held pain, but I see it as a collaborative process—one we move through together. My aim is for clients to feel supported, respected, and actively engaged, so therapy becomes a space where clarity grows, self-trust strengthens, and life feels more manageable and aligned.

WHY CHOOSE US
Why choose Sacred Willow?
Trauma-informed, relational, & groundedPeople often choose to work with me because my approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded. I pay close attention to how past experiences shape the way you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you, and I’m intentional about moving at a pace that supports safety, trust, and understanding.
Depth-focused yet gentleI focus on helping you understand patterns, emotional responses, and relational dynamics in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable. The work is thoughtful and intentional, allowing insight and growth to develop over time without feeling forced or overwhelming.
CollaborativeTherapy is a collaborative process centered on your experience. I bring presence, curiosity, and thoughtful reflection into the room, and I see your insight and lived experience as central to the work. My role is to support and guide the process while respecting your autonomy, timing, values, and beliefs.
AttunedI approach therapy with a high level of attunement to you and the process itself. I pay close attention to emotional nuance, shifts in energy and pacing, and the ways meaning unfolds over time, allowing you to feel deeply understood, held with care, and met where you are.
